Hike to the Gilfenklamm gorge and into the Racines/Ratschings mountains

The sky is within reach

The Gilfenklamm gorge for families, Ridanna/Ridnaun high altitude trail for the ambitious, the Mittagsspitze for panorama addicts ... your love of hiking is revived at the Alphotel Tyrol! Racines/Ratschings and the Alphotel Tyrol are the starting point for numerous hikes and adventure trails and therefore the start of genuine highs!

I cannot say wherein happiness lay. You’re sitting up a mountain and looking at other mountains – it’s nothing more than that? Bushes and forests, birdsong and peace, mountain air and the view of the vast sky – anyone who has an hour free for this. You can’t explain the beauty, you feel it.
Peter Rosegger

On the hotel hikes together we whisk you away in person to our wonderful mountains and show you the most stunning spots that impress us time and time again anew, which you will hopefully remember fondly too.

For the tours with the professional hikers Lore and Gerhard, the hiking shuttle, which you can use free of charge as part of the TourCard, picks you up right in front of the hotel and takes you to the starting point of your hike. Numerous tours also start right outside the hotel: simply strap on your hiking backpack – you will find one in your room – tie your hiking shoes and head off into fantastic nature.

Look forward to unique panoramas, challenging as well as easy trails, magical mountain pastures, spectacular peaks and rustic mountain inns. The Gilfenklamm gorge and co. are expecting you!
