Wellness highlights in the sauna paradise

Alpine sauna 90–95° C

The Alpine sauna in our sauna paradise was modelled on a rustic mountain hut with a great love of detail. A wonderful feel-good factor is created in this ambience with a high temperature and low humidity. It stimulates the circulation, promotes cell renewal and detoxifies the skin.

Kräuterstadl herbal sauna ca. 60° C

The herbal sauna in the sauna paradise is a low temperature sauna that is ideal for sauna newcomers and people with circulation problems. An automatic infusion system in the middle of the sauna alternately releases different herbal fragrances, which are relaxing and stimulating. You can also strengthen your immune system with a sauna visit to the wellness hotel in Racines/Ratschings.

Brine steam bath ca. 48° C

Special natural crystal salt and essential Eucalyptus and mint extracts cleanse the skin, respiratory tracts, lungs and bronchia. The brine steam bath in the sauna paradise reduces stress, releases muscle tension, relieves aching joints and limbs.

Plunge pool and outdoor area

To get the circulation going ideally and strengthen the immune system, it is recommended that you alternate between cold and warmth for a correct sauna. You have the possibility of doing this at the wellness hotel in South Tyrol and enjoying nature along the way.

Morning mist and rain forest shower

Our South Tyrolean sauna paradise makes it possible to take a detour to the tropics. The interplay between colours and sounds has a positive effect on mood and promotes well-being at the wellness hotel in South Tyrol. Highly recommended after a sauna!

Luis Trenker infrared cabin 30–40° C

This health cabin in the sauna paradise stimulates the metabolism, strengthens the circulatory system, is purifying and boosts calorie consumption. While you enjoy the gentle warmth, you can make plans for your next tour inspired by the South Tyrolean mountaineering pioneer Luis Trenker.

Drinking fountain

Water is life. Fresh mountain spring water bubbles out of the drinking fountain in the sauna paradise, where you can refresh yourself at any time. Wellness teas and fresh South Tyrolean apples are also provided for you at the wellness hotel in Racines/Ratschings.
